Caregivers of those living with dementia have support in Barry’s Bay.
The Alzheimer Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County has been running its monthly dementia caregiver support group in town for over ten years.
Manager of Programs for Renfrew County Tracey Liebig says it’s about bringing caregivers together to support each other.
The group meets at Water Tower Lodge on the second Tuesday of the month. The next meeting is happening December 8th.
