Police looking for tips after heavy equipment damaged near Cobden

The OPP and Crime Stoppers are looking for information on who might have been responsible for damaging heavy equipment in Cobden.

The Renfrew OPP Detachment says a CAT excavator was damaged at a job site on Astrolabe Road overnight between May 31st and June 1st. The OPP says the front windshield and some lights were smashed. Officers say it was vandalised again overnight between June 4th and June 5th. According to the report, a fire extinguisher was set off inside the cab and more damage was done to the windows.
