Residents reminded to register to vote ahead of upcoming Provincial Election

Voters in Renfrew County are being encouraged to make sure they are on the list to cast their ballot.

Elections Ontario says residents will be voting in the Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke riding. Elections Ontario Representative Cara Des Granges says that’s why it’s important to make sure you are on the voter’s list.

You can register to vote online by filling out questions like your address and your name. Des Granges says you can also register in person when you go to vote.

The 2018 provincial election is coming up on June 7th. Advance polling stations will set up from May 26th to the 30th.
