A 58-year-old man is facing charges after being stopped by police.
The Bancroft OPP says the vehicle was stopped on Madawaska Road in Hastings Highlands during a R.I.D.E. check Wednesday afternoon. Police say the driver registered a warn reading during a roadside breathalyzer test.
The driver received a three-day licence suspension. He is also facing charges for using unauthorized plates for his vehicle, not having insurance and driving with open liquor in the vehicle. He is due in Bancroft court December 1st.
