The Valley Manor Auxiliary is looking for donations to help brighten the lives of its residents this Christmas.
The auxiliary gives personalized gifts to the long-term care facility’s residents every Christmas. Letters are being mailed to organizations around the community this week, asking for donations.
Co-President of the auxiliary Kristin Marchand says individuals are welcome to make donations too and that tax receipts are available.
She says it’s about welcoming residents to their new home at the Valley Manor when they can no longer live alone. For more on how you can help the cause, click here.
