UPDATED: Highway 132 closed, OPP investigating fatal collision

Update:

Renfrew OPP have identified the victim of the collision as 52-year-old Timothy Cram of Admaston Bromley. Police say the driver of the transport truck was brought to hospital with minor injuries but has since been released. 

Highway 132 remains closed between Whelan Road and Ferguslea Road with detours in place. An investigation is ongoing.

 

Highway 132 west of Renfrew has been closed for a police investigation.

That’s according to Renfrew OPP, which says police are on scene following a fatal two-vehicle collision on Highway 132 in Admaston Bromley this morning. Police say one person is dead at the scene.

The closure is from Whelan Road and Ferguslea Road.

Renfrew OPP says there is no estimation on how long the road will be closed as an investigation continues.
