Minor hockey sign ups have begun in Barry’s Bay

Barry’s Bay and Area Minor Hockey have begun signups for the 2018-2019 season, and it won’t cost you any extra.

That’s according to Billy Green, President of the minor hockey association, who says the price was originally going up.

Green says that minor hockey is so important for kids locally, and not just for staying in shape.

Green also says that minor hockey not only brings kids together, but parents as well.

Barry’s Bay and Minor Hockey usually has over 150 players per season, ranging between six age groups.
