With ATV trails across Ontario opening Tuesday, the Renfrew County ATV Club wants you to be careful while riding.
That’s according to Club President Teresa Hebb, who says some trails still have hazards.
Hebb says a big challenge this year while trail prepping has been the weather not cooperating, as maintenance days have been cancelled.

Hebb says if you plan on going out on the trails, try to stay to drier areas to avoid damaging a trail if it’s still wet. She also says it isn’t a bad idea to bring a chainsaw if you can, that way you can remove any bush that might still be on a trail.
