The Liberal Party has their woman for the upcoming Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke riding election.
Jackie Agnew has been nominated to represent the party in the upcoming provincial election when residents head to the polls.
Agnew, who is currently a councillor for Bonnechere Valley, says if elected her vision is a Renfrew County where businesses thrive and affordable housing is available for all.

She also says that there’s a lot of issues in the county that need to be addressed like mental health of residents.
Agnew will be up against Conservative MPP John Yakabuski, who has been in office since 2003 in the Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke riding.
The provincial election is on June 7th.
