Residents across the Renfrew County are being encouraged to participate in a conversation about the Ottawa River Watershed Study.
That’s according to Environment and Climate Change Canada, which has a public consultation posted online for residents to participate in. The online consultation includes polls about the watershed as well as over 150 discussion posts.
The Ottawa River Watershed extends to an area of over 146,000 kilometres squared between both Ontario and Quebec, and includes the Madawaska Valley as well as both Renfrew and Hastings Counties.
