The Tree of Lights celebration in support of the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation is coming up.
The annual event recognizes the foundation’s annual holiday mail-order fundraiser, which lets you buy a bulb in memory or honour of someone special. The proceeds support the St. Francis Memorial Hospital, the Valley Manor and Madawaska Valley Palliative Care.
This year’s event is happening at the South of 60 Arts Centre/Railway Station December 4th at 6:30pm. Angels from elementary schools across the area will help light the tree that evening. There will also be treats, balloons, a visit from Santa Claus and more. The Tree of Love is also happening in Palmer Rapids December 6th at 6:00pm.
